Mr. Rajeev Vora at the opening ceremony of the Delhi World Public School on the Kabir Nagar campus on 29 February 2020. Mr Salman Khurshid (former Union Minister for International Affairs, Law & Justice) and special guest Mrs. Louise Khurshid (President of Delhi World Public School) attended as a Chief Guests. This is the 60th school of DWPS in India.

In  Durg Congress with Grand victory of 45 seats out of 60 seats of municipal corporation elections is getting into complicated for Congress for the selection of Mayor candidate. few of the dis satisfied senior Congress corporators formed a group and started demanding for a experienced , seasoned  and senior candidate. where as the Vora group led by Rajiv Vora is adamant to make young face for the mayor posts. situation went more complicated when 7 senior Congress corporators formed a group, went to Delhi and spoke to to senior Congress leader Shri Motilal Vora complaining about Rajiv Vora's adamancy and demanded to select anyone out of the seven senior Congress corporators for the post of Mayor. Seeing to the rebellion moment Rajiv Vora immediately called upon the meeting of all the Congress corporators and formed an opinion of of selecting a young face for the mayor posts.
